Refund Policy

Digital products

Tender formats, Excel tools, calculators and e-books are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. If a file is corrupted or not as described, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will replace it or refund you.

Online courses

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have watched less than 20% of the course. Requests after that are not eligible.

Classroom training and workshops

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the batch date receive a full refund less payment gateway charges. Cancellations within 7 days can be moved to a later batch once. If we cancel or reschedule a batch, you can choose a full refund or a seat in another batch.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
