What we collect

Name, mobile number, email, city, business type, billing details (including GSTIN if provided), course progress and order history. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store card or bank details.

How we use it

To deliver courses and downloads, issue invoices and certificates, answer your queries, and send updates you have agreed to receive on email or WhatsApp.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the Academy (payment, hosting, email and messaging) and with eTenderWala when you request tender support. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time and ask us to correct or delete your data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No online system is completely secure.
